Grew annual revenue 9x across custom homes, complex remodels, and ground-up commercial design-build. Bought out all subcontractor trades and held them to scope, schedule, and budget.
Sequenced jobs from site preparation through closeout, pulled permits, scheduled inspections, and ran OAC meetings and RFIs. Coordinated electrical service upgrades, HVAC relocations, and gas piping on additions and remodels.
Built ground-up commercial design-build projects with exposed structure and MEP finished to an architectural standard. Zero lost-time incidents since 2020.
